is a semi detached bungalow in a small residential road on the
edge of the village. The bungalow has recently been totally refurbished
and now offers stylish, well equipped accommodation which has
sensational views from the rear of the property (kitchen and master
bedroom) and decking area. The kitchen /diner is fully equipped
with an electric over and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and built
in washing machine. The good sized lounge has patio doors out
to the decking area (which has table, chairs and parasol) to enjoy
the wonderful views. The stylish white bathroom has a corner shower
unit with separate bath and heated towel rail.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and looks out onto the
rear garden and idyllic view. The second bedroom has twin beds.
Overnight storage heating is included in the tariff as is bedding
(duvets) and towels.

There
is no question that you need ever be bored here!
There are wonderful walks right on your doorstep along with
pony trekking, sailing,, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing.
For keen gardeners there is the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden
Project along with many National Trust properties: Cotehele,
Lanhydrock. The nearest beach is 9 miles away (Looe) famous
surfing beaches: Polzeath, Fistral and Watergate Bay are about
a 40 minute drive away. The city of Plymouth is 18 miles away
and has a good theatre, aquarium and well worth a visit.

Where
we are
Pensilva
is a moorland village—just a short walk will find you at one of
the highest points of the moor. You can see horses, sheep and cattle
grazing and wandering free! On a sunny day you will often see young
foals sunbathing whilst mum watches on.
The closest towns are Liskeard and Callington (both approximately 5
miles away. Plymouth is 18 miles east and St Austell 18 miles west.
