During
the school holidays the farm is really popular with families, many returning
every year. Children are very welcome and enjoy feeding the animals
and riding the pony. With cots and highchairs, stair gates and fireguards,
we have thought of even the smallest visitor. Situated off the beaten
track, this is a place where children may run about and play outdoors
safely, as they used to do. There is a sandpit with a wendy house and
swings in the garden and for rainy days there is a games room with toys,
a piano and books.

Arts
and Groups
Far From being a seasonal holiday choice, Lower Trengale welcomes
guests throughout the year. The large artist's studio, which is
warm and well lit, is popular with artists, who come to enjoy
painting in the wonderful diversity of landscape. Groups are welcomed
and appreciate finding accommodation with a studio. With the large
room adjacent offering a place to meet, the farm is also ideal
for groups following other interests. Half or full board is offered
to groups of over six people, with meals taken together. Good
home cooking, the friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities
all contribute to making these holidays so successful.
